ملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الحسد وأثره في نشوء الجريمة تناولاً قرآنياً من خلال قصة إبليس ونبي الله تعالى آدم ، لتقف وراء الدوافع التي جعلت إبليس حاسداً لآدم ، وطرقه التي استخدمها بسبب حسده لغواية آدم وإخراجه من الجنة، ثم بيان آثار هذا الحسد على الحاسد والمحسود، وصولاً إلى ارتكاب جريمته.
فهدفت الدراسة إلى بيان نظرة الإسلام للحسد من خلال تفسير الآيات الكريمة المتعلقة بالموضوع تحليلياً أو إجمالياً، وبيان أثر الحسد على الفرد والمجتمع، ثم بيان علاج القرآن الكريم لآفة الحسد.
وذلك من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي بتتبع الآيات الكريمة في القصة القرآنية، والمنهج التحليلي معتمداً على أمهات التفاسير. وذكر الآراء ومناقشتها من خلال المنهج النقدي.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الحسد من أمراض القلوب التي تُترجم بشنيع الأفعال. وأن من آثاره السلبية على مستوى الفرد ما هو: ديني ونفسي واجتماعي وأخلاقي، وكذلك على مستوى الأمم والشعوب. وارتباطه بكثير من المفاسد الدنيوية والأخروية. حيث يبدأ الحسد بصاحبه فيرديه وخير مثال على ذلك إبليس. كما أن الحسد سبب من أشنع أسباب الجرائم التي ذُكرت في القرآن الكريم والموصلة للكفر وخسارة الدارين. وعلاجه لا يكون إلا بتربية الوازع الديني.
Envy and its effect on the emergence of crime from a Quranic perspective: - The story of Satan and Adam as a model -
Abstract
This study deals with the issue of envy and its impact on the emergence of crime through the story of Satan and the Prophet of God Adam in the Qur’an, to stand behind the motives that made Satan envious of Adam , and the methods he used because of his envy of Adam's temptation and get him out of paradise, and then show the effects of this envy on the envious and enviable To the commission of a crime.
The study aimed to clarify Islam's view of envy by interpreting the verses related to the subject analytically or in a comprehensive manner, and to show the impact of envy on the individual and society, and then the treatment of the Koran to the scourge of envy.
This is through the inductive method of tracking the verses in the Koranic story, and the analytical approach based on mothers of Tafsir. Opinions are mentioned and discussed through a critical approach.
The study concluded that envy is a heart disease that is horribly translated into action. And that the negative effects on the level of the individual is: religious, psychological, social and moral, as well as at the level of nations and peoples. And its association with many worldly and eschatological spoils. Where envy begins with its owner Verde and the best example of this is the devil. Envy is also one of the most heinous causes of the crimes mentioned in the Holy Qur'an, which are related to disbelief and loss of those who are at risk. And its treatment can only be raised religious religious.
