Abstract

ملخص يتناول البحث مسألة حديثية ذات بُعد أصولي فقهي، تتعلق في ضبط الصحابة وبيان اختلافهم في فهم بعض المتون ونقدها والفرق بينهما، وجاء البحث في توطئة ومبحثين رئيسين وخاتمة، أما المبحث الأول: فقد تناول اختلاف الصحابة في فهم بعض المتون واجتهادهم الفقهي في ذلك، وظهور مدرسة المعاني والظاهر، وأما المبحث الثاني: فركز على نقد المتن عند الصحابة وقد مارسوه إما تصويباً للوهم والخطأ، أو رداً لدليل أقوى، كنص القرآن أو سنة مشهورة أو قياس الأصول، وكانت أهم النتائج: أن الزمن الأول من عصر الصحابة تجلّى فيه قمة الضبط والحذر في الرواية، واختلف الأمر بعد وفاة عمر ، ولا بد من التفريق بين اختلاف الفهم عند الصحابة الذي مارسه فقهاء الصحابة، وخصوصاً آل بيته، وبين نقد المتن الذي تجلى فيه الضبط في أعلى صوره من خلال عرض الحديث على أدلة أقوى منه، وأنتج ذلك ثراءً معرفياً فقهياً وحديثياً أثر في اتجاهات الفقهاء والمحدثين. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحابي، الضبط، الحديث النبوي، اختلاف الفهم، نقد المتن.

The Sahaba differences between the understanding and critical the Hadith -An analytical study- Abstract This paper deals with a prophetic hadith subject related to (companians setting) and their differences in understanding some of the texts criticisms and differences. The first topic concerns with the Sahabah differences in the understanding of some texts and their jurisprudence judgment. The second topic focuses on the Sahabah criticism of the (Motun) as they practiced it either as an illusion correction or referring it to a reliable proof such as the Quran text or the prophetic Sunnah. The findings conclude that the first era of Sahabah time manifested the pinnacle of (Dhabt) and carefulness in the narrations, but it have been altered after the death of Omar.It is necessary to distinguish between the Sahaba understandings differences of which was practiced by scholars, and the texts criticism which the (Dhabt) has been clarified and depicted during referring of the prophet hadith to a stronger verification, resulting to jurisprudence and hadith rich knowledge that have an impact on jurists and narrators.
