Abstract: ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان كيفية إدارة المخصصات في المصارف التقليدية والإسلامية العاملة في الأردن مدة حياة تلك المصارف وفي حال تصفيتها، وبيان أوجه الاتفاق والافتراق في ذلك. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود اختلاف في إدارة المخصصات في المصارف التقليدية والإسلامية العاملة في الأردن، تبعاً لاختلاف المنظومة العقدية في تلك المصارف، ووجود اختلاف بين المصارف التقليدية والإسلامية العاملة في الأردن في الإفصاح عن المبالغ التي يتم ردها إلى الإيرادات عند بناء المخصصات المتنوعة، وأخيراً وجود اختلاف في أيلولة المخصصات في حال تصفية المصرف، حيث يقوم المصرف التقليدي برد جميع المخصصات إلى إجمالي الإيرادات التي توضع في صندوق التصفية، بينما يقوم المصرف الإسلامي برد المخصصات التي اقتطعت من إيرادات المساهمين إلى حقوق المساهمين، ويؤول صندوق مواجهة مخاطر الاستثمار إلى صندوق الزكاة في حال تصفية المصرف الإسلامي. الكلمات المفتاحية: المخصصات، المصارف الإسلامية، المصارف التقليدية، الأردن. Abstract The study aims to explain how the management of allowances in commercial and Islamic banks in Jordan for the life of these banks and in the case of liquidation. The study shows that there is a difference in the management of allowances in commercial and Islamic banks in Jordan. Also, there is a difference between the commercial and Islamic banks in Jordan in the way of disclosing the amounts devolved to revenues when creating miscellaneous allowances. Furthermore, the devolution of allowances in commercial banks and Islamic banks in Jordan are performed in different ways. The allowances in commercial banks are devolved to the total revenues that are placed in the liquidation fund. On the other hand, the allowances deducted from shareholders in Islamic banks are devolved to the shareholders themselves, and the investment risk management fund is devolved to the Zakat Fund.
