واقع التربية الإبداعية لمعلمي المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء

Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التربية الإبداعية لمعلمي المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء، لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (27) فقرة. وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (300) معلم ومعلمة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع التربية الإبداعية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة كانت بدرجة مرتفعة, وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05α≤) على الدرجة الكلية لواقع التربية الإبداعية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور, كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05α≤) على الدرجة الكلية لواقع التربية الإبداعية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية الحكومية تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وأوصت الدراسة في ضوء تلك النتائج قيام وزارة التربية والتعليم باختيار المديرين وفق معايير يكون فيها تشجيع للتربية الإبداعية للمعلمين. الكلمات المفتاحية: التربية الإبداعية، معلمي المدارس الثانوية، محافظة الزرقاء.

Abstract The study aimed at finding out the reality of creative education for teachers in public secondary schools in zarqa governorate. To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (27) paragraphs and validity and reliability were confirmed. The study sample consisted of (300) teachers. The study results showed that the degree of appreciation and the reality of Creative Education for teachers in public secondary schools in zarqa governorate from the standpoint of the study sample was a high degree, the lack of significant differences statistical significance level (α≤0.05) on the total score of the reality of creative education according to gender in favor of males, and the results showed well in the absence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) on the total score of the degree and the reality of creative Education at the secondary school teachers government depending on the educational qualification variable. The study recommended that, in light of these results, the Ministry of Education’s selection of directors be in accordance with the standards which encourage creative education of teachers.
