Abstract

الملخص تخصيص العام بالشرط من مباحث علم الأصول التي تبَصِّرُ المجتهد بالفهمِ الصَّحيحِ لدلالاتِ النُّصوص مِن حيثُ شمولُ الحكم أو عدمُه، كما تتبدَّى أهميَّته في فهم خطاب المكلّفين في الوصايا والإقرارات والنذور وغيرها. ويتناول البحثُ مُقدِّمة في العام والتخصيص، ثمَّ تُعقَبُ بمفهوم الشرط عند الأصوليّين وحقيقته، مع بيان الألفاظ ذات الصلة به، وتجلية الفروق بينها، أتبعت ذلك بذكر صيغ الشرط، وأقسامه عند العلماء. بعدها عرضت لشروط الشرط والأحكام المتعلِّقة به، وبيان آراء العلماء في ذلك. ثمَّ ختمت البحث بجانب تطبيقيٍّ أوردت في أمثلة للتخصص بالشرط من النصوص الشرعيَّة Abstract Allocation of General Anesthesiology important requirement in the science of assets; See industrious correct understanding of the significance of texts in terms of the coverage rule or not.
