درجة الذكاء العاطفي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية الرصيفة وعلاقته بمستوى قدرتهم على حل المشكلات من وجهة نظر معلميهم

Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة الذكاء العاطفي وعلاقته بالقدرة على حل المشكلات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية الرصيفة من وجهة نظر معلميهم. تألفت عينة الدراسة من (500) معلما ومعلمة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال مقياس الذكاء العاطفي، ومقياس القدرة على حل المشكلات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لمعلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية لواء الرصيفة كان متوسطاً، والقدرة على حل المشكلات للمعلمين كان متوسطاً. ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة بين مستوى الذكاء العاطفي والقدرة على حل المشكلات لمديري المدارس. من أبرز التوصيات إعداد برامج للتدريب على توظيف الذكاء العاطفي لدى العاملين في حقل التعليم وبما يساهم في تطوير القدرة على حل المشكلات. كلمات دالة: الذكاء العاطفي، القدرة على حل المشكلات، مدير مدرسة، معلمين، الأردن.

Abstract This study aimed at investigating the emotional intelligence and its relationship with the ability to solve problems among school principals' at Rusaifa Directorate of Education from the viewpoint of their teachers. The study sample was (500) teachers. The descriptive approach was used. The questionnaire was used as a tool to achieve the goal of this study, emotional intelligence questionnaire, and the ability to solve problems quastionnaire. The study found that the emotional intelligence level among school principals as perceived by their teachers and the ability to solve problems among school principals were medium. There was an existence of a positive correlation between the emotional intelligence levels and the ability of solving problems among school principals as perceived by their teachers. Based on the findings, the study recommended the need to train teachers and school principals on emotional intelligence to develop their problem solving skills.
