درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية نابلس في فلسطين لمهارات استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في أعمالهم الإدارية ودور عدد من المتغيرات فيها

Abstract

ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية نابلس لمهارات استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في أعمالهم الإدارية، والبحث في دور عدد من المتغيرات فيها، واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (72) مديراً ومديرة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده (179) مديراً ومديرةً في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2017/2018م، واستخدمت استبانةً احتوت على (58) فقرة موزعة في ثلاثة مجالات، وقد توصلت نتائجها إلى أن درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس لتلك المهارات كانت متوسطة لكل مجال من مجالاتها الثلاثة وكذلك الدرجة الكلية لها، كما بينت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس لتلك المهارات تعزى لمتغير العمر ولصالح العمر الأقل، ولمتغير عدد الدورات التدريبية ولصالح الذين شاركوا بعدد دورات أكبر، ولمتغير سنوات الخبرة في العمل الإداري ولصالح سنوات الخبرة الأقل، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. كلمات مفتاحية: مهارات، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، الأعمال الإدارية، الإدارة المدرسية، مديري المدارس.

Abstract This study aimed at investigating the the degree of using Information & Communication Technology skills in administrative work among governmental school principals in Nablus Directorate of Education and the effect of some variables on this use. The descriptive analysis approach was used with a sample of (72) male and female principals chosen randomly from 179 principals consisting the whole population in the first semester of 2017/2018. A 58-item questionnaire covering three major domains was used. The results revealed that the degree of Palestinian Public School Principals ICT skills was moderate for each of three major domains as well as the total degree of these skills. Moreover, the results revealed that there was statistically significant differences in these skills due to age variable and the difference were in favor of the youngest principals. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences in these skills due to the number of ICT training courses and the differences were in favor of those who took more training courses , and to the experience variable as the differences were in favor of the least years of experience in school administrative work. On the other hand, there were no statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the variable of qualification.
