الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع إذن الإمام وأثره في أحكام الجهاد، وقد هدفت إلى التعريف بهذا الأثر وما يترتب عليه، وكان ذلك من خلال تعريف الإذن، والإمامة، الجهاد وعدد أنواعه، وبيان حكم كل نوع، كما تحدثت الدراسة عن إذن الإمام في المبارزة، وإذنه للمشرك في القتال مع المسلمين، وكيفية الاستيلاء على الغنائم، وإذنه في أخذ شيء من الغنيمة، وحكم من دخل الحرب وغنم شيئاً بغير إذن الإمام. وعرض الباحث أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها في خاتمة الرسالة.
Abstract
This Study deals with the Imams permission and its influence on Jihad rulings, it aims to define this influence and what will be depended on it, such as the definition of permission, Imamah, and Struggle: its sorts and rulings. The study also discussed the Imams permission of swordplay, the association of polytheist in fighting with Muslims, how to gain spoils, to collect some of spoils as a personal property, and the ruling of that person who attend war and gain a spoil without the Imam?s permission. Finally, the researcher demonstrated the most important conclusions of the paper
