دراسة تقويمية للممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية في مديريات التربية والتعليم التابعة لمحافظة الكرك

Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في مديريات التربية والتعليم التابعة لمحافظة الكرك، والتعرف على الفروق الإحصائية في الممارسات التدريسية وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة التدريسية، المرحلة الدراسية)، بلغ عدد عينة الدراسة (100) معلما ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، وذلك باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم استخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائي (SPSS) لتحليل نتائج هذه الدراسة، أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة ان مستوى تقويم الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية في مديريات التربية والتعليم التابعة لمحافظة الكرك جاء متدنياً، باستثناء فقرة التخطيط للتدريس جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأظهرت عدم وجود فروق داله إحصائيا وفقا لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، ومتغير المؤهل العلمي، ومتغير المرحلة الدراسية، كما أوجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا وفقا لمتغير الخبرة التدريسية، وأوصى الباحث بعقد دورات تأهيلية وتدريبية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية، وذلك لاطلاعهم على المستجدات والتطورات في مجال العلوم الرياضية، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات بخصوص هذه المشكلة والوقوف على الحلول المناسبة لها. الكلمات المفتاحية: التقويم، الممارسات التدريسية، معلمي التربية الرياضية.

Abstract This study aimed at evaluating and identifying the teaching practices among Physical Education teachers in the directorates of education at Al-Karak Governorate (Jordan) as well as identifying if there are statistically significant differences in the teaching practices due to the variables of gender, educational qualification, teaching experience and academic degree. The study sample consisted of 100 male and female teachers who were randomly selected. The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its compatibility to the study nature and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The statistical package (SPSS) was used for analyzing the data obtained of the study. The results showed that the level of evaluating the teaching practices among the selected sample of Physical Education teachers in the directorates of education in Al-Karak Governorate was low except for the item of planning for teaching which was medium. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender, educational qualification and academic degree, however there are differences due to the variable of teaching experience. In the light of the results, the researcher recommends holding courses for qualifying teachers of all specializations and providing them with the newest developments and discoveries as well as conducting more studies regarding this problem, besides suggesting the appropriate solutions for it.
