ملخص
من قرائن الترجيح عند التعارض، بيان مدى ملازمة التلميذ لشيخه، وكم علل العلماء بهذا، وقد اعتنى المصنفون بالانتقاء لمرويات كتبهم؛ على تفاوت بينهم، وكان من أهم وسائل الانتقاء قضية ملازمة التلميذ لشيخه، وفي هذا البحث يقوم الباحث بدراسة مثال حي ذكره العلماء، وهو الإمام الزهري وتلاميذه، فيقوم الباحث باستقراء كتاب السنن لأبي داود؛ لإعطاء الصورة الحقيقية للانتقاء من خلال هذا المثال، فيتوصل إلى نتائج هي خلاف ما يدرس من كلام الإمامين الحازمي وابن رجب، ومن وافقهما على تقسيمه لطبقات تلاميذ الإمام الزهري.
Abstract
In this study, the researcher is studying a living example of the scholars, who is the most important means of selection. Imam al-Zuhri and his students, the researcher extrapolates the book of Sunan to Abu Dawood to give the real picture of the selection through this example, reaching the results is contrary to what is taught by the words of Imam Hazmi and Ibn Rajab, and agreed to divide it to the classes of Imam Hazri disciples.
