Abstract

ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح نظرة الشريعة اليهودية إلى الآخر وضبطها من خلال أحكام العقوبات والمعاملات والزواج والطعام والشراب، وذلك بعد تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الآخر، وتحديد معناه ودلالته في الديانة اليهودية، والكشف عن المرتكزات التي تعتمد عليها الشريعة اليهودية، والتي تستند في مجملها على أسس عقدية وعرقية تؤكدها النصوص والمصادر المعتمدة عند اليهود. Abstract This study aims at clarifying the concept of Jewish law to the other and adjust it through the laws of penalties, transactions, marriage, food and drink, after shedding light on the concept of the other and defining its meaning and significance in the Jewish religion, and uncovering the foundations on which Jewish law is based, And ethnic, confirmed by the texts and sources adopted by the Jews.
