القوة التنظيمية لمديرات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري

Abstract

الملخص هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن مستوى القوة التنظيمية لمديرات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري في محافظة العاصمة عمان، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (450) معلمة اي ما نسبته 11.7% من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده (3832) معلمة. وتحقيقاً لهدف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتطوير أداتي الدراسة وقد تم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما. وقد اظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى القوة التنظيمية لمديرات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر معلماتهن جاء متوسطاً، وأن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لمديرات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر معلماتهن جاء مرتفعاً، كما وبينت النتائج أن قيمة معامل الارتباط بين الدرجة الكلية للقوة التنظيمية والدرجة الكلية للإبداع الإداري قد بلغت (0.54) عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01). وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بما يلي: • التنويع في استخدام مصادر القوة كتأثير يتناسب مع التنوع في خصائص العاملين من حيث (الخبرة، الالتزام، الولاء) وأيضاً طبيعة الموقف. • عمل خطة تعاونية بين المدارس الخاصة والمدارس الحكومية لتبادل الخبرات بين المديرين. الكلمات المفتاحية: القوة التنظيمية، الإبداع الإداري، المدارس الثانوية الخاصة، محافظة العاصمة، الأردن.

Abstract The Organizational Power of the Private Secondary School's Principals In The Capital Amman Governorate and Their Relation to Administrative Creativity The aim of this study is to explore the level of organizational power with its relation to administrative creativity of the principals of private secondary schools in the capital Amman governorate. The study sample consisted of (450) teachers, with percentage of 11.7 % of the study population consisted of (3832) teachers. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researchers developed two study tools ,Validity and reliability of the instrument were assured. The results of the study showed that the level of organizational power of the principals of private secondary schools in the capital Amman governorate from the point of view of their teachers was average, On the other hand the level of administrative creativity of the principals of private secondary schools in the capital Amman governorate came high. The Person correlation coefficient value between the total score of organizational power and the total score of administrative creativity (0.54) , which was significant at (α≤0.01). In light of findings of the study, the researchers recommended the following: paying attention to diversify the use of the power sources as it affects the diversity of the characteristics of the workers in terms of experience, commitment and loyalty, as well as the nature of the situation. Worked a cooperative plan between private schools and government schools to exchange experiences among managers.
