درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس في محافظة الكرك للمساءلة التربوية كاستراتيجية لتفعيل التزامهم التنظيمي

Abstract

الملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس في محافظة الكرك للمسائلة التربوية كاستراتيجية لتفعيل التزامهم التنظيمي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (225) مديرا ومديرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق المساءلة التربوية لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك من وجهة نظرهم جاءت متوسطة، وأن درجة الالتزام التنظيمي لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك جاءت متوسطة، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة تطبيق المساءلة التربوية لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك من وجهة نظرهم تعزى للمؤهل العملي، بينما تبين وجود فروق تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي ولصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق في درجة تطبيق المساءلة التربوية لصالح ذوي الخبرة (أكثر من10سنوات)، واشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة الالتزام التنظيمي تعزى للمؤهل العملي، بينما تبين وجود فروق تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي ولصالح الإناث، وجود فروق في درجة الالتزام التنظيمي لصالح ذوي الخبرة (أكثر من10سنوات)، وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين درجة تطبيق مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك للمساءلة التربوية والالتزام التنظيمي لديهم. الكلمات الدالة : المساءلة التربوية، الالتزام التنظيمي.

Abstract

The degree of application of school principals in Karak governorate to educational competitions to activate their organizational commitment. The aim of the study was to develop a questionnaire and distribute it to the study sample of 225 managers and managers. The results of the study showed that the degree of application of educational accountability among principals and principals of public schools In Karak governorate, from their point of view, the average degree of organizational commitment among the principals and principals of the public schools in Karak governorate was medium. There were no differences between the arithmetical averages of the degree of application of educational accountability among principals and principals in public schools (In more than 10 years) , there are no differences between the arithmetical averages of the degree of organizational commitment of principals and principals of public schools In the Karak governorate from their point of view due to practical qualifications, while there are differences due to gender in favor of females, there are differences in the degree of organizational commitment for the benefit of the experienced (more than 10 years) , the existence of a positive relationship of statistical significance at the level of significance (α00.05) Between the degree of application of managers and managers Government schools in Karak governorate educational facilities and organizational commitment.
