دور المــوالــي في الحـيــاة العلميــة والفكــرية في الـعصــر الأمـــوي (41-132هـ/661-750م)

Abstract

الملخص تتناول هـذه الـدراسـة دور الموالي في الحياة العلمية والفكرية وتطورها في الدولة الأمـوية (41-132هـ/661-750م) إذ كانت مشاركة الموالي مشاركة فعالة دينياً وفكرياً وثقافياً وفنياً في المجتمع في عهد الدولة الأموية، وفاقت هذه المشاركة في بعض الجوانب مشاركات العرب، ويلاحظ هذا من خلال دورهم في ثنايا الدراسة، إذ تستجلي هذه الدراسة العلوم الشرعية والمتمثلة بعلوم القرآن (القراءات والتفسير) وعلم الحديث وعلم الفقه والقضاء، باعتبار أن هذه العلوم شكلت القاعدة التي انطلق منها المحدثون والفقهاء على السواء وعبر مختلف المراحل التاريخية التي تناولتها الدراسة. وكذلك تستجلي هذه الدراسة دور الموالي في الحياة الفكرية والثقافية، ثم تم التعريج على موقف الدولة الأموية منهم، ومن ثم موقفهم هم من الدولة الأموية. الكلمات الدالة: مـوالي، الأمـويين، علوم شرعية، حياة فكرية.

Abstract

This study addresses the role of the slaves in the scientific and intellectual life in the Umayyad state (41-132H/ 661-750). The slaves had a very effective religious, intellectual, cultural, and artistic participation in the society of the Umayyad State. Their participation exceeded the Arabs’ in some respects. This can be noticed through their role in the sections of this study since it reveals the Shari’a sciences (citations and interpretations), Hadeeth science, Fiqh, as well as Law. These sciences formed the basis from which the Islamic scholars started their research through the different historic phrases that this study included. The study clarifies the role of the slaves in the intellectual and cultural life. It also discusses the stand of the Umayyad state against them as well as their stand against the Umayyad state.
