حرية الرأي والتعبير ومواجهة الكراهية في منهج التربية الإسلامية

Abstract

الملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم حرية الرأي والتعبير في منهج التربية الإسلامية، وأهميته في حياة الإنسان، كما يهدف إلى بيان أثر حرمان الإنسان من ممارسة هذا الحق وذلك من خلال الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية وأراء بعض العلماء. وقد تبين للباحث أنه إذا أفسح المجال للإنسان لممارسة حقه في إبداء رأيه ضمن الضوابط المشروعة، سوف يؤدي ذلك إلى انسجام الأمة في ثقافتها ووحدتها، وتضعف فرص ظهور الآراء المنحرفة، ويحول دون تفكك المجتمع في نسيجه الاجتماعي. Abstract This present paper aimed of identify the concept of opinion and freedom of expression as it is rooted in the Islamic education curriculum. It also aimed at finding out the educational effects of this concept on human life. To achieve these aims, the Quranic Verses and Prophetic Hadiths were descriptively analyzed. The analyses process revealed that, the utilization of opinion and freedom of expression concept in the human life is highly connected with the human authentic practices of this concept. Also, the paper revealed number of the Islamic restrictions for the authentic practices. In addition, the paper recommended that putting these concepts into practice is perceived as means for Islamic nation harmony, tolerance and coherence.
