ملخص
تناول البحث موضوع آثار الصحابة وعناية العلماء بها، ثم تناول بالتفصيل عناية البخاري بهذه الآثار التي جعل كثيراً منها في تراجم الأبواب في صحيحه، وانصبت الدراسة على تراجم أبواب الطهارة في كتابه. وقد كشفت الدراسة عن هدف البخاري من الترجمة بهذه الآثار، وبينت مسلكه فيها، ووضحت أسباب إيراد البخاري لها.
وخلص البحث إلى أهمية دراسة الآثار وأهمية العناية بها؛ لكونها ملجأ العلماء عند الاختلاف، ولكون الصحابة أقرب الناس إلى رسول الله ، وأكثرهم فهما لحديثه وخطابه. وتبيّن أن هذه الآثار لها أهمية بالغة في حل مشكل الحديث، ودفع التعارض بين نصوصه، واستنباط الأحكام؛ حتى قدّمها الأئمة المجتهدون على القياس في هذا الباب وألحقوها بالسنن.
وظهر من البحث أن الإمام البخاري له مسالك متعدّدة في تراجم الأبواب؛ تدل عن عظيم علمه ودقة فهمه، وأن البخاري له أهداف متعدّدة من الترجمة بآثار الصحابة ، منها أهداف حديثية وأخرى فقهية ولغوية، ولكن أغلب الأهداف كانت أهدافا فقهية.
Abstract
The research addresses (Sahaba’) Companions’ effects and scholars' attention to their impact. In addition, it aims to highlight the concern of Imam al-Bukhari on (Sahaba’) Companions’ effects which have been significantly examined in his chapter headings. This study specifically aimed to highlight the chapter of Purification (Kitab Al-Taharah). The study has found Bukharis’ goal of addressing these effects, has showed his approach, and has explained the reasons of mention these effects.
The research concluded the importance of studying the effects of (Sahaba’) and the attention to them. This is because the effects are being a reference when scientists difference and the Companions are the closest people to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and Companions are the most understanding people of the speech and hadith of the Prophet.
It was found that these effects are of great importance in solving the problem of the contradiction between its texts and the extraction of provisions. So some The Imams put forward the effects Companions before qiyās and put with Sunnah.
It is clear from the research that Imam al-Bukhari has multiple paths in his addressing of the book; it indicates the great knowledge and accuracy of his understanding. Also, he
has multiple goals of addressing the Companions effects of the Sahaba (may Allah be pleased with them), like hadīth collections and other Juristic and linguistic, but the most goals were Juristic objectives.
