الملخص
شاعت في المجتمع ظاهرة القتل بداعي الشرف، وأصبحت حديث الناس وشغلت بالهم، باحثين عن الحكم الشرعي، فجاءت هذه الدراسة لتبيّين رأي الشريعة الإسلامية في حال قتل الزوجة أو أحد المحارم، وكذلك قتل المرأة ومن يعتدي على عرضها دراسة فقهية مقارنة بقانون العقوبات الأردني.
Abstract
The honor kinlling became so common among the people in Jordan and occupied their minds and talks therfore this study comes as a comparative study between the Eslamic and the Jordanian penal law.
