العفّة في طلب الّرزق وتطبيقاتها الفقهية

Abstract

ملخص إنّ طلب الرزق والسعي إليه من مستلزمات عمارة الأرض واستمرار الحياة، وحتى يضمن الإسلام أن يكون طلب الرزق بعيداً عن الأخلاق السيئة، كان لا بُدّ من أسس ومبادئ تحفظ سلوك المسلم بعيداً عن الأخلاق السلبيّة التي قد تظهر؛ نتيجة حرص الإنسان بطبيعته البشرية على المال وتحصيله. ومن هذه الأسس المهمة، العفّة في طلب الرزق وما يرافقه من إجمال في الطلب، بل وطلب المال بسخاوة نفسٍ لا بإشراف نفسٍ، وما يقود إليه من تحصيل بركة وقناعة ورضا وما ينتج عن ذلك من إخفاء العديد من الأخلاق السيئة: كالحرص، والشّره، والطمع، والبخل، والشحّ، والحسد. إنّ إحياء مثل هذه الأسس من شأنه أن يقضي على مثل هذه الأخلاق وما ينتج عنها من مشكلات اجتماعية كالاستجداء وطلب المال بغير وجه حق وما يلحق هذا من نشر الأمن والطمأنينة والاستقرار. الكلمات المفتاحية: العفّة، الرزق، العفة والفقـه. Abstract Seeking livelihood is a necessity in Islam, as it is a main factor to develop the world by working and earning a living depending on Allah and asking for assistance. Unethicality may often appear when seeking livelihood such as stinginess, greediness and envy. To avoid such ethics, Islam encourages Muslims to be committed to essential ethical principles, specifically those that affect Muslims’ behavior. Chastity is a main principle that should be committed to in seeking livelihood in order to control Muslims’ behavior and keep to good ethics, such as contentment, satisfaction and thankfulness. As a result, the Muslim Community gain blessing in livelihood in addition to enjoying security and safety while fighting social problems such as begging and seeking ill-gained money.
