ملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة تحقيق القول في مسائل القرآن في سورة الفاتحة، وبيان أثرها على مسائل علوم القرآن، وقد هدفت إلى تحقيق مسائل: جمع القرآن الكريم وترتيبه، ونزول القرآن الكريم، والمكي والمدني، وأسباب النزول، ورد الشبهات التي أثيرت حول سورة الفاتحة، مبيناً في كل ذلك أثر الخلاف في خصوص مسائل سورة الفاتحة على القضايا العامة في مباحث علوم القرآن، من حيث كونها دليلاً أو مثالاً أو مرجحاً أو نحو ذلك. واتبعت فيه المنهجين؛ الاستقرائي والتحليلي. وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة: الوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة في مباحث سورة الفاتحة، كالقول بأن أسماء سورة الفاتحة منها ما هو توقيفي وما هو اجتهادي، وأن ترتيبها يُعد من اجتهاد الصحابة الموفق المتميز، والرد على الشبه الموجهة إلى سورة الفاتحة، كالقول بعدم قرآنية بعض القراءات. وأن للخلاف في مسائل سورة الفاتحة أثراً كبيرا في مباحث علوم القرآن العامة.
Abstract
This study deals with the achievement of the sayings in the issues of the Qur'an in Surat Al-Fatihah, and its impact on the sciences of the Qur'an. It aimed to achieve issues of the collection and arrangement of the Holy Quran, the descent of the Qoran,the Makki or Madani, the reasons for descent, and the suspicions raised about Surat Al-Fatihah, indicating in all of this the impact of the controversy in the issues of Surat Al-Fatihah on the general issues in the sciences of the Quran, that are formed in Surat Al-Fatihah, In terms of being a guide, an example, or a Weighting point or so. The researcher followed both inductive and analytical approaches.
The most important results of the study were reaching accurate results in Surat Al-Fatihah ,such as saying that the names of Surat Al-fatiha are stimulation and diligence, its arrangement is a successful and an outstanding effort by companions. and to respond to the suspicion which is directed to Surat Alfatihah, such as saying that some readings are not Qur'anic. And that the dispute in the matters of Surat Al-Fatihah has a great impact on the general sciences of the Qur'an.
