القَسَم على اللهِ -عز وجل- (المشروع)

Abstract

ملخص تناولت الدراسة القَسَم على الله  المشروع – دراسة موضوعية في ضوء السنة النبوية-، وكان جمع الأحاديث من خلال تتبعها في كتب السنة مقتصراً على المرفوع منها، وقد بلغت سبعة عشر حديثاً، منها: أربعة في الصحيحين، اتفق الشيخان على حديثين، وانفرد مسلم بحديثين، ومجموع ما صح من بقية كتب السنة حديث واحد، وسبعة أحاديث إسنادها ضعيف، وأربعة إسنادها ضعيف جداً، وحديث واحد إسناده موضوع. وتبيّن من خلال الدراسة مفهوم القَسَم على الله ، وأقسامه، والفرق بين القَسَم على الله  المشروع والممنوع، التي جاءت السنة النبوية بالتحذير والترهيب منه. الكلمات المفتاحية: القَسَم على الله، المشروع، مفهوم، الممنوع. Abstract The study examined all the Hadiths related to permissible 'The swear to Allah'. The study aimed at identifying the permissible aspects 'the swear to Allah and determining the difference between the permissible and forbidden 'The swear to Allah, which many Hadiths warned against committing it. The researcher collected all the related Hadiths from Sunnah books, and categorized them as Marfuu (elevated). These Hadiths were seventeen. Four of them are agreed upon from which two are agreed by Al-Bukhari and Muslim and the other two by Saheeh Muslim; seven Hadiths are authenticated to be 'Daeef' (weak); and four to be Daeef Djidan (very weak); and only one is categorized to be Mauduu (fabricated). The most important results of the study are: clarifying the number of related Hadiths and their categorization; giving a precise definition of the concept of 'The swear to Allah'; and identifying the aspects of the aspects of 'the swear to Allah'
