Abstract

ملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أسباب الشقاق والنزاع بين الزوجين، وكيفية علاجها، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، قام الباحث بدراسة سجلات وملفات القضايا في محكمة إربد الشرعية (قضايا الشقاق والنزاع، والتي تم الفصل فيها لعام 2016م)، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أسباب تتعلق بأمور (دينية وثقافية ونفسية واجتماعية واقتصادية وتكنولوجية) يعزى لها النزاع والشقاق بين الزوجين. وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الدراسة القائمين على الإصلاح الأسري في المحاكم الشرعية، بضرورة إعداد برامج توعية، حول طبيعة الأسباب المؤدية للشقاق والنزاع بين الزوجين، والآثار المنعكسة عنها، ووصف العلاج ضمن هذه البرامج. الكلمات المفتاحية: أسباب الشقاق والنزاع بين الزوجين، سجلات وملفات القضايا في محكمة إربد الشرعية. Abstract This study aims to release arital disputes from the fact of the Jordania sharia court causes and Solutions from the Islamic educational perspective, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the records Irbid sharia court issues of discord and conflict that were resolved in 2016, the results of the study indicate the existence of religious, cultural, psychological, social, economic and technological reasons for the discord and conflict between the couple. in light of the findings, the study recommends those who are responsible for family reform in sharia courts with necessity to prepare awareness programs about the nature of the causes of the discord and conflictand the effects reflected on them and described the treatment within these programs.
