دور معلم التربية الرياضية المتعاون في تقديم الخبرات التدريسية ‏لطلبة التربية العملية من وجهة نظرهم‎ ‎في‎ ‎مدارس محافظة إربد.

Abstract

الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة "المستلة من أطروحة الماجستير" التعرف إلى دور معلم التربية الرياضية المتعاون في تقديم الخبرات ‏التدريسية لطلبة التربية العملية من وجهة نظرهم، وكذلك الخبرات التدريسية التي يقدمها معلم التربية الرياضية المتعاون تبعاً ‏لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، سنوات خبرة المعلم المتعاون). واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (151) ‏طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. حيث تمت الإجابة على الاستبانة المكونة من (33) فقرة موزعه على أربعة محاور ‏‏(المحور الإداري، محور تنفيذ الدرس، محور الإشراف، محور الأنشطة اللاصفية).‏ وقد أظهرن النتائج إلى أن معلم التربية الرياضية المتعاون يقدم الخبرات التدريسية المتعلقة بالدراسة ككل لطلبة التربية ‏العملية بدرجة متوسطة، وكانت مرتفعة في المحور الإداري، أما محور تنفيذ الدرس ومحور الإشراف كانت متوسطة، في حين ‏كانت منخفضة في محور الأنشطة اللاصفية. ‏ ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة التعاون بين الجامعة ووزارة التربية والتعليم لإبراز أهمية دور معلم التربية الرياضية المتعاون ‏في تقديم الخبرات التدريسية لطلبة التربية العملية.‏ الكلمات الدالة: المعلم المتعاون، الخبرات التدريسية، التربية العملية.‏

Abstract This study aimed to investigate the role of the physical education cooperator teacher in providing the ‎teaching experiences for Practicum students from their perspective and identify the differences from the ‎perspective of the practicum students in the teaching experiences offered by the physical education ‎cooperator teacher according to the variables of the study (sex, years of experience of the cooperator ‎teacher). The researchers used the descriptive method . The study sample consisted of (151) male and ‎female students who were randomly chosen. The questionnaire which consisted of (33) items, which was ‎distributed to the four axes (the administrative axis, the axis of the implementation of the lesson, the axis of ‎the supervision, and the axis of the extra-curricular activities) was filled and answered.‎ The results showed that the physical education cooperator teacher provides the teaching ‎experiences related to the study as a whole for the practicum students moderately; it was high in the ‎administrative axis, moderate in the axes of the implementation of the lesson and the supervision and low ‎in the axis of the extra-curricular activities. ‎ The researchers recommend the importance of cooperation between the university and the Ministry ‎of Education to highlight the importance of the role of the physical education cooperator teacher in ‎providing the teaching experiences for the practicum students.‎ Keywords: Cooperator teacher, Teaching experiences, Practicum education.‎
