أثـــر استــخـــدام تكنولوجيـــا المعلــــومـــات ‏ على إدارة المعــرفـة حالــة : جامعـة الحسين بن طــلال ‏.

Abstract

الملخص ‏ هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على وظائف إدارة المعرفة في جامعة الحسين بن طلال، ‏ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات، تكونت عينة الدراسة من(‏‎336‎‏) شخصاً، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ‏مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: وجود أثر لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في وظائف إدارة المعرفة، وأن أبعاد خصائص ‏تكنولوجيا المعلومات تفسر ما مقداره (48.7%) من التباين في وظائف إدارة المعرفة.‏ وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام جامعة الحسين بن طلال بأخذ دورها في الاهتمام بأبعاد خصائص تكنولوجيا المعلومات ‏وتعزيزها لما لها من أثر في تحسين الأداء، وزيادة رضا العاملين، وتحسين مستوى توظيف المعرفة.‏ الكلمات الدالة: خصائص تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وظائف إدارة المعرفة، جامعة الحسين بن طلال.‏ Abstract ‏ ‏This study aimed at investigating the impact of the characteristics of information technology on ‎knowledge management functions in the al Hussian Bin Talal University. To achieve the aim of the ‎study self-administrated questionnaire was used to collect the data. It was developed and distributed to a ‎sample of (336) Persons. The statistical package of social science (Spss) was used to a analyze the data ‎of the questionnaire.‎ The study reached at a set of finding: There is an impact of characteristics of information ‎technology dimensions in knowledge management functions which explains (48.7%) of variation in the ‎dependent variable (knowledge management functions).‎ The study recommended the need to take the role in interest in the dimensions of information ‎technology and promotion because of their impact on performance, increase staff satisfaction and improve ‎the knowledge management functions.‎ Key Words:‎‏ ‏Characteristics of information technology, Knowledge Management Functions, al ‎Hussian Bin Talal University‏.‏
