ملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة التدابير الشرعية للوقاية من الأمراض الجنسية، هادفة إلى إظهار وتجلية التدابير الشرعية التي وضعها الشارع الحكيم للوقاية من الإصابة بالأمراض الجنسية، وكذلك الحد من انتشارها بعد الإصابة بها. وقد بحثت فيها أهم الأسباب المؤدية للإصابة بهذه الأمراض، وكذلك حجم انتشارها في المجتمعات، فوجدت أنّ هناك أسباباً عديدة تؤدي للإصابة بهذه الأمراض منها ما تتعلق بالأفراد ومنها ما تتعلق بالحكومات، وأدركت أن هذه الأمراض منتشرة بصورة كبيرة وخاصة الإيدز منها، وهو في ازدياد مستمر، حيث لا تخلو دولة من هذا الوباء القاتل. وتعرضت من خلال هذه الدراسة لأهم التدابير الوقائية العامة للوقاية من هذه الأمراض بدءاً من تشجيع عملية الزواج الشرعي، وإجراء الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج، وبيان أثر هذه الفحوصات في الوقاية، وكذلك سدّ الذرائع المفضية للزنا، وضرورة تفعيل التوعية والوازع الديني بين أفراد المجتمع، وتفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية والعقابية، ومراقبة بنوك الدم والمتبرعين لها. وتطرقت أيضاً إلى أهم التدابير الوقائية التي يمكن أن تضع حداً لانتشار هذه الأمراض بعد الإصابة بها، من امتناع التزاوج بين الشخص المصاب والسليم، وتجنب المرأة للحمل والإنجاب، وتجنب المصاب للتبرع بالدم أو الأعضاء، وكذلك إقامة الحدود الشرعية على الفاسدين، وبيان أثرها في الحد من انتشار الأمراض الجنسية. وبذلك تكون الدراسة قد تضمنت معظم التدابير الشرعية للوقاية من الأمراض الجنسية.
Abstract
This study addressed the legality of measures for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, targeted to the show and shed light on legitimate measures developed by street wise for the prevention of sexual diseases, as well as reducing the spread of infection after them. Which it has examined the leading causes of these diseases, as well as the size of the spread in communities, and found that there are many reasons leading to these diseases which are related to individuals, including those relating to governments, and I realized that these diseases spread dramatically, especially AIDS ones, which continues to grow, where the state is not free from this deadly epidemic. And it suffered through the study of the most important general preventive measures for the prevention of these diseases ranging from the promotion of legitimate marriage process, and a medical examination before marriage, and the statement of the impact of these tests in the prevention, as well as bridging the excuses leading to weight, and the necessity of activating the awareness of religious and morals among members of society and activating the role of educational and penal institutions, and monitor blood banks and their donors. It also addressed the most important preventive measures that can put an end to the spread of these diseases after the injury out, from abstinence mating between the
patient and a healthy person, avoid women for pregnancy and childbirth, and avoid patient to donate blood or organs, as well as the establishment of legitimate border on the corrupt, and the statement of its impact in the reduction of the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Thus, the study has included the most legitimate measures for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.
