التّصحيحُ بالحقيقةِ العِلمية الْمُكتشفةُ للحديثِ الذي حُكِمَ عليه بالضّعفِ أو الوضع - دراسة نظرية وتطبيقية-

Abstract

ملخص استهدفَ هذا البحث دراسة فكرة التصحيح لمتن الحديث الذي حُكِمَ على إسناده بالضعف أو الوضع، وذلكَ ببيان معنى الحقيقة العلميّة المُعتبرة وشروطها، وإبراز اتجاهات الباحثينَ والدّارسين إزاء أصل هذه الفكرة، ومعرفة ما إذا كان هذا الأمرُ عند مؤيديه منوطا بضوابط علميّة أم لا؛ كما ويسعى البحث إلى استقراء النماذج التي تمّ تصحيحها بهذه الطريقة، والعمل على دراستها وتحليلها؛ بغية اختبارها وتقييمها إصابةً أو خطأ. وأظهرَ البحثُ أنه ليس هناكَ ما يمنعُ من قبولِ فكرة تصحيح الحديث الضعيف دون الحديث بالحقيقة العلمية المكتشفة؛ لأنّ العلم اليقيني والوحي لا يتعارضان، غيرَ أنَّ هذا الأمر يلزمُ أن يتمَّ بمراعاة ضوابط دقيقة رصينة تكفُل سلامةَ نواتجه، وقد أظهرت الدّراسة التطبيقية للنماذج التي تمّ استقراؤها أنَّ صنيع المشتغلين بهذا الأمر لم يحكُمه أيُّ ضابط، بل كانَ شعارهم أنَّ الحقيقةَ العلميّة إذا شهدتْ لمعنى حديث حكمَ العلماءُ عليه بالضّعفِ أو الوضعِ؛ فذلك كافٍ للحُكْم عليه بالصحّة. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: الحقيقة العلمية، التصحيح، الحديث الضعيف، الحديث الموضوع. Abstract This research was to study the idea of correction of the text of Hadith , which was judged as weak or invented by its chain by showing the meaning and the conditions of the considered scientific fact, and to highlight the attitudes of researchers and scholars according to the origin of this idea and to know whether this matter was scientifically controlled or not up to its supporters? The research also seeks to extrapolate the samples that have been corrected in this way to be studied and analyzed in order to be tested and evaluated in terms of their correctness or error. The research showed that there is nothing stand against the acceptance of the idea of correcting the weak Hadith without mentioning the revealed scientific fact , because there is no contradiction between the science of certainty and the inspiration, but this must be done with careful and strict controls to ensure the safety of its results. The applied study of the samples that have been studied showed that the work of such cases was not controlled. But their motto was it is enough to accept the correctness if the scientific truth agreed with the meaning that scientists of Hadith judged its weakness or invention.
