ملخص
هذه دراسة تحليلية لحديث: "ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله، ولا ينظر إليهم ...: رجلٌ على فضل ماءٍ بطريق ..."، قمتُ فيها بتخريج الحديث تخريجاً علمياً من مصادره الأصلية، ثمّ تحليل العناصر التي اشتملها الحديث، بدءًا من مفهوم العدد ثلاثة وهل هو للحصر أو للمثال، ومروراً بالأصناف الثلاثة المستحقة للعقوبات التي افتُتح بها الحديث، والأحكام الشرعية التي تضمنتها مع محاولة فهمها في ضوء الأحكام المعاصرة.
Abstract
