دراسـة ظاهـرة الاحـتـراق النفســي المـهـنـي عند مربي الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجـات الخاصـة : تطبيق مقياس ماسلاش .

Abstract

الملخص تناولت‎ ‎هذه الدراسة موضوع‎ ‎الاحتراق النفسي‎ ‎لدى‎ ‎عينة تكونت من (26) فرداً من المربين ‏العاملين في مجال رعاية الأطفال المعاقين (مركز الأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا لسيدي علي ومركز الأطفال ‏المعاقين سمعياً لحجاج بولاية مستغانم-الجزائر)، وفقا لجنس المربين وطبيعة تخصصهم (إعاقة ‏ذهنية–إعاقة سمعية) وكذا اختلاف درجات الاحتراق النفسي، واستخدم‎ ‎لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة ‏مقياس ماسلاش للاحتراق ‏‎ ‎النفسي‎ ‎إذ استخرجت‎ ‎له‎ ‎دلالات‎ ‎التي بينت‎ ‎أن‎ ‎المقياس‎ ‎يتمتع‎ ‎بدرجة‎ ‎مقبولة‎ ‎من‎ ‎الصدق‎ ‎والثبات‎.‎ أشارت‎ ‎نتائج‎ ‎الدارسة‎ ‎إلى وجود تأثير للاحتراق النفسي على الممارسة المهنية لدى المربين ‏العاملين في مجال الإعاقة بنوعيها الذهنية والسمعية، كما أظهرت أن درجات الاحتراق النفسي ‏تختلف باختلاف الجنس وباختلاف طبيعة تخصص المربي (إعاقة ذهنية – إعاقة سمعية).‏ كلمات مفتاحية: مربي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؛ احتراق نفسي؛ مقياس ماسلاش؛ ضغوط مهنية.‏

Abstract

This study addressed the topic of burnout among a sample of 26 educators ‎working in the care of children with special needs (Sidi Ali Center of Children with Mental ‎Disabilities and Hadjadj Center of Children with Hearing Impairments in Mostaganem ‎State - Algeria), taking account of their gender, specialization (intellectual disability - ‎hearing impairment) and difference in burnout degrees. The Maslash Burnout Inventory ‎was used to achieve the study purposes permitting to extract indices which showed that ‎the method offered acceptable degrees of validity and reliability. ‎ The results of the study demonstrated that there were an impact of burnout on ‎professional practices of educators working in the field of disability, both mental and ‎auditory, and showed that the burnout degrees vary according to their gender and ‎specialization (intellectual disability - hearing impairment).‎ Keywords : Children with special needs educators; Burnout; Maslach Burnout Inventory; ‎Professional stress.‎
