التماسك الجماعي ومستوى الطموح عند لاعبي‎ ‎الكرة الطائرة في الأردن .

Abstract

الملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى التماسك الجماعي وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى لاعبي‎ ‎كرة الطائرة في الأردن، إضافة ‏إلى تحديد الفروق في مستوى التماسك الجماعي ومستوى الطموح تبعا إلى متغيرات الخبرة في اللعب ومركز اللاعب والحالة ‏الاجتماعية للاعب, تكونت العينة من (67) لاعب ممن لعبوا في الدوري الممتاز لموسم 2013م. وقد تم استخدام مجموعة من ‏الاختبارات وهي: مقياس (‏‎(Carron, et al, 1985‎‏ للتماسك الجماعي للفريق،‎ ‎ومقياس مقياس (معوض وعبد العظيم، 2005م) لمستوى ‏الطموح. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المستوى الكلي للتماسك الجماعي لدى لاعبي الكرة الطائرة في الأردن كان مرتفعا، حيث ‏وصلت النسبة المئوية للاستجابة إلى (70.20%). كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التماسك الجماعي ‏ومستوى الطموح تبعا لمتغيرات الخبرة في اللعب ومركز اللعب. بينما لم تظهر فروق وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية على التماسك ‏الجماعي ومستوى الطموح. وفي ضوء النتائج المذكورة تمت التوصية؛ في ضرورة اهتمام المدربين بالتماسك الجماعي عند إعداد ‏وتدريب الفرق الرياضية.‏

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the level of collective solidarity and its relationship with the volleyball player's ‎ambition level in Jordan, in addition to determining the collective solidarity differences and the ambition level ‎according to the playing experience level, the player's position, and the player's social status. The sample was ‎composed of (67) players of the Premier League season 2013. A collection of scales was used, they were: (Carron, ‎etal.1985) team's collective solidarity scale, and (Mo'uad and Abed al Athim, 2005) ambition level scale. The study ‎concluded that the total collective solidarity level of volleyball players in Jordan was high, where the response ‎percentage was (70.20%). And the results showed the presence of statistically significant differences between the ‎collective solidarity and the ambition level. The study recommended (in the light of the previous results) that it's ‎important for coaches to take collective solidarity into consideration when sports teams are prepared and trained.‎ Key words: Collective solidarity, ambition level, volleyball.‎
