أحاديث نبوية أشار الإمام البخاري إلى الكلام عليها في صحيحه

Abstract

ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان منهج الإمام البخاري في صحيحه، وأنه لم يكتف فقط باختيار أصح الأسانيد ورواية أحاديثها، وإنما أيضاً كان يصحح ويضعف ويرجح بعض الأحاديث، وقد يبيّن سبب الترجيح، وقد يكتفي بالإشارة فقط، وهذه الأحاديث منها ما رواها في صحيحه بإسناده، ومنها ما ذكرها في تراجم الأبواب بلا إسناد، ومنها ما ذكرها نصاً، ومنها ما ذكرها بالمعنى، حيث قامت الدراسة بتتبع بعض هذه الأحاديث مع ذكر كلام الإمام البخاري عليها، ثم تخريج هذه الأحاديث مع بيان المقصد والغرض من كلام البخاري، وسبب ترجيحه أو تضعيفه لها، مع ذكر أقوال أهل العلم في ذلك، وأشارت النتائج إلى بيان جزء من منهج البخاري في صحيحه، وهو أنه قد يصحح ويضعف -أيضاً- بعض الأحاديث في صحيحه، وأن البخاري يجيز العمل بالحديث المرجوح خروجاً من الخلاف، وأنه يجيز رواية الحديث بالمعنى، وبيان مقصد البخاري من بعض المصطلحات كالإرسال وأنه يطلقه على كل انقطاع، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بكتب السابقين، والوقوف على مصطلحاتهم، وجمع كل روايات الحديث وبالأخص عند المصنف الواحد؛ لمعرفة حكمه عليها، إذ قد يحكم على بعض الروايات في موضع دون موضع. Abstract This study aims to demonstrate Al-Bukhary's method of his book of Hadith "Sahih Al-Bukhary". In his book, Al-Bukhary did not only choose the most accurate citing chain of narrators, but also he was correcting, doubting and predominating some Hadiths. Moreover, he may explain the reason for predominating a Hadith. Some of these Hadiths were narrated in the book of "Sahih Al-Bukhary" with its citing chain of narrators. Some others were just narrated in the biography of its chapters without citing. Sometimes, he mentions the texts of the Hadiths. Some others, he just mentions its meanings. The present study traced some of Al-Bukhary's Hadiths and his caption of these hadiths drawing them out and the purpose of his caption explaining the reasons of predominating or attenuating the Hadiths with reference to Scholars of Hadiths' sayings about them. The results of the study showed a part of Al-Bukhary's method in his book "Sahih Al-Bukhary" represented in correcting some Hadiths and doubting some others. The results also showed that Al-Bukhary may prefer to follow the predominant Hadith to avoid the conflict between the scholars of Hadith. In addition, the results explored that Al-Bukhary approved narrating the meaning of Hadith text. Moreover, the study showed the meaning of some terms such as "incompletely transmitted Hadith" which refers to any discontinuity of Hadith narrators. The study recommends the importance of the foremost books, studying their terms and gathering Hadith narrations especially for every scholar of Hadith to know his judgment of Hadith as he may authorize some narration in one situation other than another situation
