مُقوّمات المُحافظة على الأَمْن الاجتماعي بين الجيران في السنة النبوية

Abstract

ملخص يتناول هذا البحث الحديث عن عناية الإسلام بترسيخ الأمن المجتمعي بين أفراد المجتمع من خلال إرساء مُقوّمات المُحافظة على الأَمْن الاجتماعي بين الجيران، وتبين لنا أن الإسلام بمصدريه القرآن الكريم والسنة المطهرة قد تضمّنا مقومات كفيلة بتحقيق الأمن المجتمعي والمحافظة عليه هي: المقوم الإيماني، والمقوم الأخلاقي والسلوكي، والمقوم الاقتصادي، ولما كان المقصود تحقيق الأمن لأفراد المجتمع جميعا من المسلمين وغيرهم اتسم الخطاب النبوي بالعموم؛ ليتناول جميع الفئات. Abstract This study addresses Islam strong consideration to establishing social security among society members by laying the foundations for social security maintenance among neighbors. It was found that Islam، and in both its main sources represented by the Holy Quran and Sunnah have contained messages able to achieve and maintain social security including faith potential، social potential and economic potential. As the main objective is to achieve security for all society members (Muslims and non- Muslims)، the address in this respect was general to include all groups
