مستوى أعراض الاكتئاب لدى طلبة جامعة إربد الأهلية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية

Abstract

الملخّص هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى أعراض الاكتئاب لدى طلبة جامعة إربد الأهلية، في ضوء المتغيرات الديموغرافية ‏الآتية: (الجنس، والمعدل التراكمي، والمستوى الدراسي، والعمل). وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (512) طالباً وطالبة، تم اختيارهم ‏بالطريقة العشوائية المتيسرة من جميع كليات الجامعة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طور الباحث مقياساً لقياس مستوى الاكتئاب. أشارت ‏نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المتوسط الحسابي للاكتئاب لأفراد عينة الدراسة كان (‏‎1.02‎‏) على المقياس الكلي، وجاء متوسط ترتيب ‏الأبعاد كالآتي: البعد المعرفي (‏‎1.05‎‏)، ثم البعد الجسمي (‏‎1.01‎‏)، وأخيراً البعد الاجتماعي ‏‎0.98)‎‏)، وهذا يشير إلى أن مستوى ‏الاكتئاب كان ضعيفاً على جميع أبعاد المقياس، وكذلك المقياس الكلي. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ‏o.o5) ‎‏≥‏‎ (aفي مستوى متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الاكتئاب ككل ومجالاته المختلفة تعزى لمستويات متغيرات ‏الدراسة: (الجنس، والمعدل التراكمي، والمستوى الدراسي)، باستثناء متغير العمل ولصالح الطلبة الذين لا يعملون.‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: الاكتئاب، طلبة جامعة إربد الأهلية، المتغيرات الديموغرافية.‏ Abstract

This‏ ‏study aimed at exploring the level of symptoms of depression amongst the students of Irbid National ‎University in the light of the following demographic variables: (sex, accumulative average, study year and ‎occupation). The Sample included (512) male and female students were selected by the available random approach ‎from all university colleges.‎ To achieve the goal of the study the researcher developed a scale to measure the level of depression. The ‎Findings of the study indicated that the depression mean of Irbid National University students on total scale was ‎‎(1.02), and the mean of the domains were as follows: (cognitive domain (1.05), physical domain (1.01), and lastly came ‎the social domain (0.98), and this indicated that the level of depression on all domains and total scale was weak. The ‎findings of the study also indicated that there were no significant differences ‎‏)‏α ‎‏≥‏o.o5) of the level of depression on ‎total scale and all domains due to all Demographic variables (sex, accumulative average, study year), except the ‎occupation variable and in favor of students who are not working.‎ ‏ ‏Key Words: Depression‎‏, ‏Irbid National‏ ‏University‏ ‏Students, Demographic variables‏.‏
