Abstract

ملخص تبحث هذه الدراسة في مناهج العلماء في مسلك النص، حيث وجدت ثلاث مدارس: مدرسة المتكلمين، ومدرسة الحنفية، والمدرسة الجامعة، وتمت مناقشة أراء الفقهاء في هذه المدارس، ثم عرضنا لدراسة مقارنة في مسلك النص وذكرنا أمثلة عليها، ثم ختمنا بخاتمة اشتملت على أهم النتائج. Abstract This study examines the approaches of scientists about the behavior of the text, where there were three schools, a theologian school, and the Hanafi school, Jamiah school, and discuss the views of scholars in these schools, and a comparative study of the behavior of the text and examples, and conclusion.
