الملخص
يعرف النَّصْب: بأنه بُغض علي ? وشتمه وتقديم غيره عليه من الصحابة، وقد ذكر عدد ممن ينطبق عليهم هذا الوصف بأن لهم رواية عند الشيخين، فكيف يصح لأمثال هؤلاء أن يروى لهم في هذين الكتابين ويعتمد على حديثهم، في هذا البحث بينا أن علماءنا اختلفوا في حكم الراوي المبتدع بين الرد والقبول، والقبول بشروط، ومذهب الشيخين في الرواية للمُبَدَّعين لا يعدو أن يكون ضمن هذه الدائرة، وقد وجدنا أن خمسة عشر راوياً اتهموا بالنصب لهم رواية في الصحيحين أو في أحدهما، وقد بينا أن معظمهم لم تثبت في حقهم هذه التهمة، وأن من ثبتت في حقهم فقد أخرج له في المتابعات والشواهد، أو مقرونين، أو تعليقا، أو تجنب من أحدهما، أما من اعتُمد منهم في الأصول فإنها شهادة من الشيخين، أو أحدهما بعدم ثبوت هذه التهمة في حقه، ومن ثم عدم وجود أي حرج في الرواية له, وإخراج حديثه في الأصول.
Abstract
"Alnassb" is defined as: the hatred of Ali (May Allah?s blessing be upon him) his slander and advancing others of the sahaba on him. Muslim and Albukhari were accused of narrating to Nawasib. But is it possible for the narrations of the likes of these to be included in the works of Muslim and Albukhari and be relied upon? In this paper I have shown that our scholars have differed in dealing with devising narrators between jection acceptance and conditioned acceptance. The doctrine of Muslim and Albukhari is within this field . This paper has found that fifteen narrators accused of Nassb were quoted in one or both of the sahihs. The paper shows that most of these accused were not prove to be Nassb. Those who were prove to be Nassb were either excluded by one of the sahihs and mentioned by the other in comparisons or commentaries or vise versa. As to those whose narrations have been endorsed this may be considered as a testimony by Muslim and Albukhari that they are innocent of this accusation and thus there is no problem in narrating for them.
