ملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز مسألة مهمة، وهي حكم توريث الجد مع الأخوة الأشقاء، أو الأب، وبيان حكمها الشرعي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ترجيح الرأي القائل بمشاركة الجد لمن وجد معه من الأخوة والأخوات في الميراث. الكلمات الدالة: ميراث، الجد والأخوة، المسألة الأكدرية. Abstract The purpose of this research is to highlight an important issue, namely the rule of inheriting the grandfather with the brothers or the father and the statement of the legitimate ruling. The study reached the weight of the opinion that the participation of the grandfather to those found with brothers and sisters in inheritance.
