الوسطية في مقومات شخصية عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه ودلالاتها التربوية

Abstract

ملخص يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بيان مفهومي الوسطية والشخصية من منظور تربوي إسلامي، والجمع بينهما بمصطلح الوسطية في الشخصية الإسلامية، وبيان أبرز ملامح الوسطية في مقومات شخصية الفاروق عمر بن الخطاب  ودلالاتها التربوية، ولتحقيق الأهداف المذكورة اتبعت الباحثة المنهجين: الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، وتوصلت إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها: أن الوسطية في شخصية الفاروق عمر بن الخطاب تعني الانسجام والتكامل بين مقوماتها (الإيمانية، والعقلية، والنفسية، والاجتماعية) بحيث لا يطغى جانب على آخر، ظهرت وسطية شخصية الفاروق في مقومها الإيماني في عباداته وسائر أعماله على السواء، ومن أبرز دلالاتها التربوية اعتبار المقوم الإيماني موجهاً للسلوك وعلاقات الإنسان، سواء مع ربه  أو نفسه أو غيره، كما برزت وسطية شخصية الفاروق في مقومها العقلي، في سداد رأيه وعبقريته، وفهمه لمقاصد التنزيل وموافقاته للقرآن الكريم، ومن دلالات ذلك التربوية تشجيع العلم والتعلم وتنمية الكفاءات واستقطاب الموهوبين، وظهرت وسطية شخصية الفاروق في مقومها الاجتماعي، في حضوره وهيبته الاجتماعية، وإحساسه العميق بالمسؤولية تجاه الأمة، ومن أبرز دلالاتها التربوية القدرة على الموازنة بين الذات والأمة، وتنمية ما يسمى بالمسؤولية المجتمعية، وبرزت وسطية شخصية الفاروق في مقومها النفسي، في قدرته على ضبط المشاعر والموازنة بين الرجاء والخشية، ومن دلالات ذلك التربوية أن صفاء النفس وامتزاجها مع الإيمان يحققان السعادة التي تنشدها البشرية اليوم وهي حل رئيس لمشكلاتهم النفسية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوسطية، الشخصية الإنسانية، الوسطية في مقومات الشخصية، الفاروق عمر ، الدلالات التربوية. Abstract The present research aims at explaining the concepts of moderation and personality from an Islamic educational perspective, combining them with the term of moderation in the Islamic personality, and showing the most prominent features of moderation in the characteristics of the personality of Omar ibn al-Khattab and its educational implications. In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher followed the two methods: Inductive and Hypnotic, The most prominent results are: The moderation in the character of Al-Faruq Omar Ibn Al-Khattab means the harmony and integration of the elements (faith, mental, psychological, social) so that one side does not dominate the other Al-Farouq's personal moderation has emerged in his worship and all his works, and the most important of its educational implications is that the believer is guided by the behavior and relations of man, whether with his Lord Almighty or himself or others. Al- farouq moderation character is revealed in its mental dimension for the purposes of downloading and his approval of the Holy Quran, and the implications of that educational promotion of science and learning and development of talent and attract talented, and moderation character of Farouk emerged in its social dimension, in his presence and social prestige, and his deep sense of responsibility towards the nation, and the balance between the self and the nation, and the development of the so-called social responsibility, and emerged the moderation of the personality of Farouk emerged in the psychological pillar, in his ability to control the feelings and balance between hope and fear, and the educational implications that the purity of self and mingling with faith achieve the happiness desired by humanity today is a major solution to their Psychological problems.
