درجة امتلاك‎ ‎أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية ‏لكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظرهم

Abstract

الملخص هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن درجة امتلاك‎ ‎أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية لكفايات التعليم ‏الإلكتروني من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثون بتصميم استبانة تكونت من (40) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة ‏مجالات، تم توزيعها على عينة مكونة من (100) عضو هيئة تدريس في الكليات الجامعية التابعة لجامعة البلقاء التطبيقية في إقليم ‏الشمال وهي (الحصن، إربد الجامعية، عجلون) تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ‏امتلاك أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية لكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني (كفايات استخدام الحاسوب، كفايات استخدام ‏الشبكات والانترنت، وكفايات ثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني) جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة ‏إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (‏‎0.05‎‏=α) في درجة امتلاك أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية لكفايات التعليم ‏الإلكتروني تعزى للمتغيرات (الكلية، سنوات التدريس العالي، المؤهل العلمي)، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير كفايات التعليم ‏الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية وغرس الوعي لديهم بأهميته وتدريبهم على متطلباته.‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني، جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية، عضو هيئة تدريس.‏

Abstract This study aimed to identify the degree of Al-Balqa applied university staff’s e-learning capabilities from their ‎perspective. To achieve the study objectives, the researchers prepared a questionnaire of 40 items, including three ‎scales: computer capabilities scale, capabilities of using the internet and networks, and the e-learning culture scale. ‎After verifying the instruments of reliability and validity, the researchers distributed it to a sample of 100 faculty of ‎the colleges of al-balqa' applied university in the north region (Huson, Irbid, and Ajlun), who were randomly chosen. ‎The result of the statistical data analysis indicated a moderate level of capabilities for the faculties in the Jordanian ‎universities regarding e-learning (computer capabilities scale, capabilities of using the internet and networks, and the ‎e-learning culture). The results also showed that there are not statistically significant differences at (a=0.05) for the ‎sample means responses regarding the study scales about the e-learning capabilities of al-balqa applied university ‎staff due to college, years of teaching, and qualification. The researchers recommended that the universities must ‎take e-learning demands into consideration when choosing faculties.‎ Keywords: collage university staff, e-learning capabilities.‎
