المهارات القيادية وعلاقتها بالتوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في منطقة الباحة بالمملكة العربية السعودية

Abstract

الملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المهارات القيادية وعلاقتها بالتوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في منطقة ‏الباحة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وقد بلغ عدد أفراد الدراسة (162) طالباً وطالبة، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ إذ ‏اعتمدت الدراسة في جمع بياناتها على استبانة أعدها الباحثان، وتوصلت إلى النتائج الآتية:‏  وجود مستوى مرتفع للمهارات القيادية؛ إذ بلغ المتوسط الكلي للمهارات (4.23)، وقد حلت المهارات الإنسانية بالمرتبة ‏الأولى، وجاءت المهارات الإدارية بالمرتبة الأخيرة.‏  وجود مستوى مرتفع في التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة؛ إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي لفقرات ‏الأداة (4.26‏‎(‎‏.‏  وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين المهارات القيادية ككل والمهارات الفكرية من جهة وبين التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى ‏الطلبة، في حين لم تظهر هذه العلاقة بين المهارات الإدارية والإنسانية من جهة وبين التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لديهم.‏  لم يظهر أثر دال إحصائياً لمتغير الجنس في العلاقة بين المهارات القيادية والتوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى أفراد عينة ‏الدراسة، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قام الباحثان باقتراح عدد من التوصيات ذات العلاقة.‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: المهارات القيادية، التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي، الموهوبون.‏

Abstract The purpose of the study is to identify leadership skills and their relationship to Psychological and Social ‎agreement among gifted students in Al-Baha area in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study sample counted 162 ‎students. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach as the current study depended on a questionnaire ‎prepared by the researchers. The results of the study are as follows ‎ ‎1.‎ generally high level of leadership skills among the members of the study sample as the total mean of the ‎skills gave (4.23); the human skills took the first degree while the administrative skills occupied the last ‎degree.‎ ‎2.‎ high level in social agreement among the sample’s members as the total arithmetic mean of tool’s items ‎reached at (4.26).‎ ‎3.‎ There is a statistically significant relationship between the leadership skills as a whole and the intellectual ‎skills on one hand and the social agreement of the students, while such relation did not show up between ‎the administrative and human skills on one hand and the social agreement on the other hand.‎ ‎4.‎ There was no statistically significant effect of sex variable in the relationship between leadership skills and ‎psychological and social agreement among the members of the study samples.‎ Based on Above Mentioned Result, the Researchers Suggest Some Recommendations.‎ Key words‏:‏‎ leadership skills, psychological and social agreement, the gifted.‎
