تحديات الواقع العربي ومعوقات النهوض

Abstract

الملخص تستهدف الدراسة التعرف على الواقع السياسي العربي، وإبراز دور الرموز –النخب- على صعيد الواقع السياسي العربي، ‏في حين إن إشكالية الدراسة قد تمحورت في سؤالين محورين مفادهما: ما الواقع السياسي العربي؟ وما معوقات النهوض بهذا ‏الواقع؟ وكانت فرضية الدراسة هي: أن الواقع العربي واقع ممزق وضعيف، وأن رموز الأمة أصبحوا جزءاً من التحديات التي ‏أدت إلى هذا الواقع وليست عاملاً من عوامل النهوض. وللإجابة عن السؤالين السالفين والتحقق من صحة الفرضية وأهداف ‏الدراسة، فقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي كونه يصف حالة الواقع العربي اليوم، والمنهج التحليلي لأن كثيراً من الأمور ‏المتعلقة بهذا الواقع تحتاج إلى تفسير وتحليل. لقد جاءت الدراسة مؤكدة لصحة الفرضية. وأوصلتنا إلى عدة استنتاجات أهمها: أن ‏الواقع العربي تحكمه الفئوية، وتقع النخبة الحاكمة تحت طائلة المحسوبية والواسطة؛ وأن الواقع العربي تعصف في معظم أصقاعه ‏الطائفية والجهوية؛ حيث لا يقوى على الحراك نحو النهوض في ظل الظروف الحالية. واستوجبت استنتاجاتها عدة توصيات ‏أهمها: عدم الانصياع وراء الغرب الطامع في خيرات الوطن العربي، لأنه لا يضمر لا الشر للأرض بالنهب وللأمة بالفرقة ‏والتمزق؛ ومحاربة كل أنواع الفئوية والطائفية والجهوية، ووضع الرجل المناسب في المكان المناسب.‏ الكلمات الدالة: التحديات، الواقع العربي، معوقات النهوض.‏ Abstract The main aim of this study is to analyze the Arab political situation and to bring to light the role of the Power ‎Elite in it. The statement of the problem of the study is focused on following two questions: firstly, what is the Arab ‎political situation? And secondly, what are the obstacles to advancement in the Arab World? The hypothesis of the ‎study is that the Arab situation is not united (as it should be) and weak, and that the nation’s Power Elite are ‎becoming part of the challenges and obstacles not the drive of advancement. To try to answer the former questions ‎and to investigate the validity of the objectives of the study, the researcher applies three methods: the Positivism and ‎the Analytical methods. Each of the methods is used for a purpose. The first method is used to discuss the current ‎Arab situation; the second method is used to describe the current Arab situation; whereas the third method is used ‎to analyze the current Arab situation. The researcher findings proved the hypothesis of the study right. The findings ‎of the study show that the Arab situation is governed by group benefits, which brings the Power Elite under ‎cronyism and nepotism. Furthermore, the Arab World is torn between sectarianism and territorialism. In the current ‎circumstances, the Arab World will not take a step further towards advancement. The researcher recommendations ‎are: The Arab World must not be submissive to the West which is main interest is in the bounties of the Arab World. ‎The West is concealing evil and its main political interest is in the disintegration of the Arab countries. Therefore, the ‎Arabs must fight group benefits, sectarianism and territorialism, and to appoint the right person to fill the suitable ‎position.‎ Key words: Challenges, the Arab situation, obstacles advancement‎
