درجة ممارسة مديري التربية والتعليم في محافظة إربد ‏للكفايات الإدارية من وجهة نظر مساعديهم ورؤساء الأقسام ‏الإدارية

Abstract

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري التربية والتعليم في محافظة إربد للكفايات الإدارية من وجهة نظر ‏مساعديهم ورؤساء الأقسام الإدارية، وما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات ‏الخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي). تكونت عينة الدراسة التي استخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي المسحي من جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة ‏والبالغ عددهم (108) فرداً، منهم (32) مساعداً، و(76) رئيساً إدارياً، ولغايات جمع البيانات تم استخدام استبانة لتعرف درجة ‏ممارسة مديري التربية والتعليم للكفايات الإدارية، تكونت الاستبانة من (77) فقرة موزعة على (8) كفايات إدارية. أوضحت ‏نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري التربية والتعليم للكفايات الإدارية كانت بدرجة كبيرة، وكانت أكثر المجالات ممارسة مجال ‏كفايات التخطيط التربوي، وأقلها ممارسة مجال الكفايات التكنولوجية، كما أوضحت عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى ‏لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والمسمى الوظيفي، في حين أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ‏لصالح (11 سنة فأكثر). وفي ضوء النتائج قُدمت مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات.‏ ‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: الكفايات الإدارية، درجة الممارسة، مديري التربية والتعليم، رؤساء الأقسام. ‏

‏*‏ ‏* *‏ باحثة، جامعة اليرموك.‏ أستاذ، كلية التربية، جامعة اليرموك Abstract The purpose of this study was to identify the administrative competencies of the education directorates ‎directors in Irbid from the point view of their assistants and the heads of administrative departments, and to know ‎whether there were statistically significant differences due to the variables (sex, qualification, and years of experience, ‎and Job Named). The sample of the study consisted of (108) individuals. The instrument of this study included (77) ‎questionnaires distributed in (8) domains. Results of the study indicated that education directorates directors in irbid ‎practice administrative competencies in different degrees.‎‏ ‏The degree was high for: planning competencies, resource ‎management competencies, leadership competencies, assessment competencies, humanity competencies, ‎administrative and technical competencies, medium for Technology competencies and conceptual competencies, ‎moreover, the results showed no statistically differences due to the variables of sex, educational qualification, job ‎named, whereas there was statistically differences due to the the years of experience for the benefit of (11 years and ‎over).
