Abstract

الملخص

يعنى هذا البحث بدراسة موضوع حقوق المرأة في القرآن الكريم من خلال النصوص القرآنية الواضحة في تقرير هذه ‏الحقوق من خلال ثلاثة مباحث، يتناول المبحث الأول منها الحقوق الإنسانية للمرأة والتي تشمل الحقوق البديهية والتكليفية، في ‏حين عني المبحث الثاني بدراسة الحقوق الوظيفية للمرأة والتي تشمل الحقوق الأسرية والاقتصادية والسياسية أما المبحث الثالث ‏فيكشف عن الشبهات حول حقوق المرأة ومكانتها في الإسلام ومن ثم درء هذه الشبهات، وخلاصة البحث أن القرآن الكريم اهتم ‏بحقوق المرأة على كافة الصعد وكفل لها حقوقها كاملة مما يمكنها من أداء دورها في المجتمع المسلم على خير وجه.‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: حقوق المرأة، الدراسات القرآنية.‏

Abstract This research deals with the study of the issue of women's rights in the Qur'an, through clear Koranic texts in ‎the determination of these rights in three chapters. The first chapter deals with women's human rights, which include ‎the axiomatic and commissioning rights, while the second chapter cared about studying the women's functional ‎rights, which include family, economic and political rights, as for the third chapter, it reveals suspicions about ‎women's rights and status in Islam and ward off these suspicions. The summary of this research is that the Qur'an ‎cared about the women's rights at all levels and ensured her full rights, enabling it to perform its role in the Muslim ‎community in the best possible manner.‎ Key words: women's rights, Koranic study‎
