الملخص
يهدف البحث لإبراز العناية التي بذلها الإمام ابن عبد البر في القرآن الكريم وعلومه من خلال كتابيه: التمهيد والاستذكار؛ حيث تعرض الإمام لأهمية علوم القرآن، ومقاصد القرآن، وأسباب النزول، والمكي، والمدني، والقراءات القرآنية، إضافة إلى شرح "الموطأ" للإمام مالك، وقد دللّ البحث على سعة اطّلاع الإمام على الفقه وأصوله، واللغة العربية، وتوصل البحث إلى أن الإمام اتّبع منهجاً علمياً تمثل بالاستدلال والاستنباط للوصول إلى الحكم الشرعي دون تعصب لمذهب معين.
Abstract
The research aims to show the attention which is made by Al imam Ibn Abed Albar in the Holly Quran and its sciences through his two books: Al tamheid and al Istithkar. Al Imam faced the importance of Al Quran and its science , and the purposes of the Holly Quran, the cause of it , Al makki and Al madani and the Quran reading in addition to Al mouatta explanation by Al Imam Malik. The research showed his wide look in Al-Fiqih and its structures, Arabic language , I research that Al Imam has followed a scientific pedagogy which representing in evidence and extract to reach into the legal law with out fanaticism to any certain school.
