الملخص يبين هذا البحث موقف علماء الأصول من حجية عموم المقتضى، وأثر هذه القاعدة في اختلاف الفقهاء، مع عرض بعض الأمثلة التطبيقية المعاصرة وغير المعاصرة. Abstract This research discusses the perspective of Sharia jurists concerning the influence of an intended deed and the impact of this rule on the difference in the jurists perspective along with some practical examples, whether contemporary or uncontemporary.
