Abstract:
الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر النسب المالية على الأداء المالي للشركات المساهمة العامة الصناعية الأردنية من عام 2005 إلى عام 2011 مقاساً بالعائد على الأصول، والعائد على حقوق الملكية، والعائد على القيمة السوقية، والعائد على المبيعات.
تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي E-VIEWS)) للبيانات المقطعية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (65) شركة، منها (17) شركة مدرجة في السوق الأول و(48) شركة مدرجة في السوق الثاني. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي إيجابي للمتغيرات المستقلة مجتمعة على الأداء المالي للشركة، ووجود علاقة سلبية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأداء المالي والمتغير المستقل المستثمر المؤسسي.

Abstract
The study aims to identify the effect of financial ratios on financial performance (FP) of Jordanian Public Shareholding Industrial Corporations (JPSIC) for the years 2005-2011. This is based on return of assets, equity, market, and return on sales as a measurement. The statistical program (E-views) was used. The sample of study consisted of 65 corporations: 17 listed in the first market and 48 listed in second market. The study indicated that there is positive correlation between corporation's (FP) and all independent variables. Also there is a negative correlation between (FP) and independent variable institutional investor.
