المجاملات وأثرها على العلاقات بين الناس في ضوء الكتاب والسنه

Abstract

الملخص يتناول البحث جانبا من علاقات الناس اليومية، المتمثلة في المجاملات، فما بين إفراط وتفريط أفسدت بعض العلاقات وأضاعت بعض الحقوق، وقد استقرأ الباحث جملة من النصوص الشرعية المجيزة للمجاملات والمانعة لها، بغية الوصول إلى علاقات اجتماعية ناجحة وفق المعنى الشرعي، ليصل في نهاية المطاف إلى أن الأصل في التعامل: الصراحة والوضوح، وأن المجاملات مقبولة في حدود معينة Abstract This research deals with an aspect of daily relations in a persons life which is represented in courtesy, which has corrupted relations and lose some rights. The researcher searches some of the legal provisions which legitimize courtesy and forbid it, so as to achieve a successful social relation in accordance with legal sense, and finally, to achieve the result demonstrating that the origin of customs and treatment is: straight and clearness, and courtesy is accepted within certain limits.
