فاعلية إدارة الوقت لدى طلبة كلية العلوم في الجامعة الهاشمية وعلاقتها بالتحصيل الأكاديمي

Abstract

الملخـص هـدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة فاعلية إدارة الوقت لدى طلبة كلية العلوم في الجامعة الهاشمية وعلاقتها بالتحصيل ‏الأكاديمي، وقد طور الباحث أداة مكونة من (42) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات، وتمّ اختبار صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة ‏الدراسة من (386) طالباً وطالبةً في مرحلة البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا، تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية للعام الجامعي ‏‏(2015/2016م)، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة فاعلية إدارة الوقت لدى طلبة كلية ‏العلوم في الجامعة الهاشمية متوسطة، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين إدارة الوقت والتحصيل الأكاديمي، وعدم وجود ‏فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (‏α≤ 0.05‎‏) لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة على فاعلية إدارة الوقت بسبب اختلاف ‏مستوى الجنس في جميع المجالات، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (‏α≤ 0.05‎‏) لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة ‏على فاعلية إدارة الوقت بسبب اختلاف المرحلة الدراسية‎ ‎‏(بكالوريوس، دراسات عليا) في جميع المجالات عدا مجال معوقات إدارة ‏الوقت، وجاءت الفـروق لصالح طلبة الدراسات العليا. وأوصـت الـدراسـة بتوصيات عـدة، منها:عـقـد دورات وورش ‏تـدريبية للطلبة حـول أهمية الـوقت في حياة الطالب الجامعـي.‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة الوقت، التحصيل الأكاديمي، الجامعة الهاشمية، الأردن.‏ Abstract The aim of this study was to identify the degree of effectiveness of time management among Faculty of ‎Science students at the Hashemite University and its relationship to academic achievement. The study used a ‎descriptive approach through distributing a questionnaire. The study sample consisted of (386) students chosen ‎randomly for the academic year (2015/2016) .The study results showed that the degree of effective time management ‎at the Hashemite University was average. The study also revealed that there were a positive correlation between time ‎management and academic achievement. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences ‎at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) of responses on the effectiveness of time management due to the differences of ‎levels in all domains. On the other hand, the study found that there were statistically significant differences at the ‎level of significance (α≤0.05)of the responses at the level of effective time management due to categories differences ‎of educational qualification (Bachelor and Graduate students) in all domains, except the hinders of time management ‎of which the differences favor Graduate students. In the light of the study findings, many recommendations were ‎made including: holding workshops and training sessions about the importance of the time in the life of university ‎student‏.‏ Key words: Time management, Academic achievement, Hashemite University, Jordan.‎
