الطبيعة القانونية للمعلومات الداخلية في قانون الأوراق المالية الأردني: دراسة مقارنة

Abstract

الملخص يتعلق موضوع هذا البحث بالمعلومات الداخلية في قانون الأوراق المالية الأردني رقم (76) لسنة 2000م، وهذا الموضوع ‏يعدّ في غاية الأهمية بالنسبة للمستثمرين والمتعاملين بالأوراق المالية من خلال السوق المالي، حيث يتعلق بالمعلومات الجوهرية ‏غير المعلنة ذات التأثير المباشر على أسعار الأوراق المالية ارتفاعاً أو انخفاضاً، والتي تُعدّ ذات أهمية بالغة في السوق المالي بسبب ‏اعتماد المستثمرين والمتعاملين عليها من أجل اتخاذ قراراتهم الاستثمارية بخصوص بيع الأوراق المالية أو شرائها.‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: الأوراق المالية، السوق المالي، المعلومات الداخلية، المعلومات الجوهرية، المتعامل، التداول، الإفصاح.‏ Abstract The subject of this study is concerned with the internal information in Jordanian securities law No. (76) for ‎‎2000.
