أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح وفقاً لمعايير الجودة الشاملة لتنمية مهارات تحليل المحتوى لدى معلمي الرياضيات مختلفي القدرة الرياضية للمرحلة الثانوية في الأردن

Abstract

الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح وفقاً لمعايير الجودة الشاملة ‏لتنمية مهارات تحليل المحتوى لدى معلمي الرياضيات مختلفي القدرة الرياضية للمرحلة الثانوية في ‏الأردن، حيث اشتملت الدراسة على (120) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم من مديريات التربية والتعليم ‏التابعة لمحافظة الكرك، وتم توزيعهم على مجموعتين تجريبية وأخرى ضابطة تضم كل واحدة ‏منهما (60) معلماً ومعلمة، حيث قام الباحثان بتقسيم كل مجموعة إلى ثلاث فئات وفقاً لاختبار القدرة ‏الرياضية (منخفضة، متوسطة، مرتفعة)، وقام الباحثان بتدريب المجموعــة التجريبية على ‏برنامــج مقترح يساعد على تمكين المعلمين من مهارات تحليل المحتوى، وقد تــم استخدام ‏المنهج شبه التجريبي (‏Quasi Experimental Design‏)؛ لمعرفة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح. ‏ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة التي تكونت من اختبار تحصيلي في مهارات تحليل ‏المحتوى واختبار القدرة الرياضية وفقاً لمعايير الجودة الشاملة للمنهاج، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود ‏فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (‏‎≤.0,05‎‏ ‏α‏) بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة ‏الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارات تحليل المحتوى لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. كما ‏أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (‏‎0.05‎‏≥‏α‏) بين متوسطي ‏الأداء البعدي في مهارات تحليل المحتوى لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية وفقاً لمستوى القدرة ‏الرياضية لديهم. ‏

Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the effect of a proposed training program ‎according to Total quality management for developing the skills of Content Analysis and ‎Evaluation Different Math Abilities of the Teachers in the Secondary Schools in ‎Jordan.The study included (120) male and female teachers chosen by the Directorates of ‎Education that follow Al-Karak‏ ‏Governorate . They were distributed into two groups. ‎Each of them contained (60) male and female teachers. The researcher divided each ‎group into three categories according to the test of the mathematical abilities (low, ‎medium, high): The researcher trained the experimental group on a proposed program to ‎help teachers to master the skills of Content Analysis. The Quasi-experimental Design was ‎used to identify the effectiveness of the proposed training program.‎ To achieve the goals of this study, the study tool was applied .It was an ‎achievement Test in the skills of Content Analysis in according to total quality ‎management for the curriculum. The results of the study showed that there were ‎statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) between the ‎experimental and the control groups for the post application to examine the skills of ‎Content Analysis in favor of the experimental group. The findings indicated that there ‎were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) between ‎the two Means of the post performance in the skills of Content Analysis among the ‎members of the experimental group according to their level of capability. ‎ Key Words: Total Quality Management, Content Analysis, The Different Math Abilities.‎
