ملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان المعنى المراد من الحديث الصحيح في فتنة النساء، وذلك من خلال شرحه، وتوجيهه، وبيان دوره في بناء مكانة المرأة في الإسلام، مع بيان المقصود مما جاء فيه من التحذير من خطر فتنة النساء على المجتمع، الأمر الذي يقتضي فهمه فهما صحيحا في ضوء المعاني اللغوية لمفرداته، والأدلة الشرعية ذات الصلة بموضوعه، وعرض أقوال العلماء في معناه، وطرق تعاملهم معه، وبيان المعنى الذي يترجح عند الباحث في ضوء هذه الدراسة، بهدف تقديم مثال على ضرورة فهم النص في ضوء النصوص الأخرى والمبادىء العامة للإسلام، والواقع المعاصر، وتوظيف ذلك في ردّ بعض الشبهات التي تثار حول المرأة، ومكانتها في الإسلام، وبيان أسباب ورود الشبهة على مثل هذا الحديث.

Abstract
This study aims at clarifying the meaning of the authentic ḥadīth of women’s fitnah (sedition or trial). This is done by explaining and clarifying its meanings and directing them. It is also done by highlighting the role this ḥadīth plays in the establishment of woman’s status in Islām. Moreover, the study shows what kind of warning of women’s’ sedition meant by the ḥadīth in question. Thus, a sound understanding of its meanings in the light of literal meanings of its words, other divine textual sources which are related to the subject, scholars’ views about it, and their means of interpreting it is required for us to present what seems to us as a preferred view. This is in order for us to present an example of the importance of presenting a comprehensive and integrated understanding of the ḥadīth, in the light of modern thought, reality and present a refutation of some allegiances about this ḥadīth.
