ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة " اجتهاد عمر بن الخطاب في القضاء و منهجه في إصدار الأحكام الاجتهادية القضائية، ومدى إمكانية تضمين هذا المنهج لكتاب الثقافة الإسلامية للصف الأول الثانوي في الأردن، وتم بحث أربعة نماذج تبين منهجية عمر بن الخطاب في الاجتهاد القضائي، والأسس التي اعتمدها، وبينت أهمية تضمين منهج عمر بن الخطاب لكتاب الثقافة الإسلامية بالنسبة للطلبة عند اطلاعهم على طريقة عمر بن الخطاب في التعامل مع النوازل، وأظهرت النتائج أن عمر بن الخطاب صاحب منهج اجتهادي، وذو نظرة ثاقبة للتعامل مع القضايا، وأوصت الدراسة باطلاع الطلبة على هذا المنهج والتدريب عليه.
Abstract
The study aimed to find out "the discretion of Omar ibn al-Khattab - may Allah be pleased with him - in the judiciary and his approach to the issuance of discretionary judgments, and the possibility of including this approach to the book of Islamic culture first grade secondary education in Jordan, it was examined four models show the methodology Omar ibn al-Khattab in jurisprudence, and foundations adopted that, and showed the importance of including curriculum Omar ibn al-Khattab for a book of Islamic culture for students when briefed on the way Omar ibn al-Khattab in dealing with the chaos, and the results showed that Omar Ibn al Khattab His approach judgmental, and has a look insight to deal with the issues, and recommended the study to inform students on the curriculum and training.
