ملخص
كان للعرب المسلمين دور بارز في مسيرة الحضارة الإنسانية، وما تزال آثار هذا الدور ماثلة إلى يومنا هذا، ولاسيما في النواحي الفكرية والعلمية، وقد تركوا لنا تراثاً علمياً ضخماً ثرياً، شمل مختلف مجالات الحياة، استفادت منه شعوب الأرض قاطبة. وفي مجال علم الإدارة تحديداً، كان لهم إبداع كبير وريادة فكرية غير مسبوقة، وما يزال الباحثون ينهلون منه دون انقطاع، بيد أن الكثير من هذا التراث لا ينسب لأصحابه الأصليين، بل ينسب لغيرهم جهلاً أو قصداً. وفي هذا البحث محاولة متواضعة لإبراز الجوانب الإبداعية والريادية في الفكر الإداري، الذي جاء به العرب المسلمون، وإنصاف العلماء المسلمين في هذا الجانب.
Abstract
There was an important role for Arab Muslims in the human civilization march, and its impacts are still today especially in the intellectual and scientific sides, and they left us a massive rich heritage including the different aspects of life and all the population of the globe have made use of it.
In the administration aspects in particular, Arab Muslims had creation and intellectual unprecedented pioneer ship, searcher still take there ideas from it. Although there is a lot of it is not ascribed to its original owners, but ascribed to others ignorantly or deliberately.
In this attempt want to highlight the creative and pioneer sides in the administrative intellect which was given by Arab Muslims and to adjust them in this sides.
